NDIS Price Guide Transitions have been created for all NDIS Direct Client Funding records which span the period of before, and after, July 1st, 2019. This means that providers can now customise when individual Clients should transition to the 2019/20 NDIS Price Guide as required.

The 2019/20 NDIS Price Guide has been added to SupportAbility and is now used in Activities (based on the Client’s Price Guide Transition settings) and External Invoices delivered on or after July 1st, 2019 that do not have a completed Client Support Log or have not had the Sign Off performed already.
Addition of new columns in the Client Schedule export of the Activity Schedule Report to reflect the Quantity of NDIS Supports Allocated for each Unit of Measure e.g. Daily, Weekly etc. and each Claim Type e.g. Travel.
N.B. When new Claim Types are introduced, extra columns will be added to this export to reflect this.

Update to ensure Activity Dates cannot be changed to a date in a different NDIS Price Guide period due to the rules associated.
Update to the NDIS Bulk Payment Request Report to ensure that the Client’s NDIS Number is displaying for External Invoices included.
Update to ensure the information entered in the ‘Behaviour Details’ field of a Behaviour on the Client’s Status tab, is now displayed in the Client Warning Notes field for the associated Behaviour, when it has a Red or Amber risk level.
