Each of the modules included in the NDIS Practice Standards are now available in SupportAbility as a Standard, and are prefaced with ‘QSF’ which stands for the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework e.g. QSF: Core.
Standards can now be added to the following records:
– Client Goals
– Client Journals
– Client Incidents
– Staff Journals
– Contact Journals
– Organisational Accident Incident Register (AIR) Incidents
– Opportunities for Improvement (OFI’s)

More than one Client Journal can now be created from the Activity record.
A list icon accompanied by a numeric value has replaced the target icon to view the Client Journals.
The numeric value indicates the number of Client Journal entries created from the Activity record and when selected, displays the date and title of each.
Pagination has been added to the Direct Invoices section of the Funding tab, and the FPM tab for Plan Management Fees.
20 records per page will be displayed, along with the ability to navigate between pages.
In the case where a valid NDIS number i.e. 9 digits has not been entered in the Client record, an Incomplete Client record warning is displayed regarding this in the banner at the top of the Client record.
An amber warning is also displayed in the NDIS Bulk Payment Request if the Client’s NDIS number is missing or not valid.
Two additional Document links have been added to NDIS Direct and Plan Managed Client Funding records for reference:
– ‘NDIS Plan’ and
– ‘Service Agreement’.
The MYOB AccountRight Timesheet Batch export has been updated to the default MYOB import/export format of .txt.
Additionally, the following column header names have been updated:
– ‘Employee Last Name’ => ‘Employee Co./Last Name’, and
– ‘Emp. Card ID => Employee Card ID’
Along with an update to the line break style to address issues with the time sheet import for MYOB AccountRight v19.
The day of the week is now displayed next to the date in the print version of the Client::Activity Schedule Report.
When adding Staff to an Activity, the ‘Non-Service’ list of Staff has been updated to appear in alphabetical order.
Client Funding records which are no longer current are displayed in light grey in the Funding and FPM tabs.
Rectified the issues encountered with the Available Funding Report not generating results correctly following the upgrade to v6.0.
Addressed landscape orientation issue for the Staff Availability Exception Report and Print Lists. The print now defaults to landscape.
