Update
A new feature is now available to establish the relevant Clients’ participation as part of a ‘Program of Support’ in the Activities they are scheduled into. When set, Short Term Cancellations are not triggered for the applicable Support Items.
 
Programs of Support are only relevant for specific Supports and can be configured for each Service in System Preferences as required.

Update
A new feature is available to allow Support Items from the previous Price Guide period, that have since been removed, to be included in NDIS Direct Client Funding records commencing after the 1st of July, 2020.

Update
In order to develop the new Programs of Support feature, the Activity Clients section of the Activity record has been rebuilt and some minor changes may be noticed.
 
Specifically, adding an additional Client no longer requires the magnifying glass icon to be selected first; the way that the Absent and No Charge selection is displayed has been updated to align with the new style, and each Client participating in the Site/Service the Activity is no longer loaded when the Activity record is opened (even though this information is hidden from view and only visible when ‘Show Service Clients Not Participating’ is selected).

Price Guide updates added to SupportAbility related to changes included in v1.04, v1.05 and v1.06 of the 2020/21 NDIS Price Guide.

An update has been released to allow Support Items from the previous Price Guide, that have since been removed, to be included in NDIS Plan Managed Client Funding records commencing after the 1st of July, 2020.
 
The relevant Support Item/s must be added individually, including a Budget (even if it is $0), to be available for allocation in External Invoices.

Update
Update to the ‘NDIS Service Provider’ section of a Contact record. The previously required ‘State’ field (next to Provider Registration Number) has been removed as this was linked to generating a Plan Management Bulk Payment Request (BPR) incorrectly.
 
When generating a Plan Management BPR, the ‘State’ field search criterion is now accurately linked to the State as selected in NDIS Plan Managed Client Funding records, as is the case for NDIS Direct BPRs.
